Adjusting sidebar for consistency.

Added links to resume in html and pdf format.

Changed the metadata for the page. Added Dublin Core metadata.

Replaced pdf resume with a new version. This was generated using OpenOffice.org. Unfortunately, the xhtml export function wasn't working. Consequently, the html version has been temporarily removed.

Modifying css stylesheet to allow for a decent amount of flexability. This should shortly be merged with the stylesheet used for the weblog, to provide some sense of consistency. That way, if I mess something up, at least it'll look the same no matter what's being viewed.

Performing some basic updates now that I re-fixed the repository that controls changes to the website.
